CRADAS:

CRADAS are partnership agreements between ARS and commercial firms that help deliver new technologies to the marketplace.

The CPGRU currently has one CRADA:

CRADA#58-3K95-M-924

Title: “ Application of Rice Genomics to Germplasm Evaluation”

Agreement between USDA, ARS, CPGRU Research Geneticist, Dr. Thomas H. Tai and Torrey Mesa Research Institute, a wholly owned subsidiary of Syngenta, AG.

Work to be performed: Rice microsatellite markers will be developed and characterized. Useful markers will be applied to molecular genetics mapping and germplasm evaluation.
