Technical Abstract:
Several formulations based on surplus agricultural commodities were mixed with liquid medium containing the fungal entomopathogen Paecilomyces fumosoroseus. Formulations were freeze dried, and survival on the freeze dried material was compared to the colony forming units in the pre-freeze dried formulation. Some of the materials tested resulted in improved shelf life.
